Let this Cave Aged Cheese warm to room temperature, and you’ll be rewarded as its dense, pliant texture gives way to an ultra-buttery mouthfeel with each bite. If you manage not to eat all of it right off the cheese board—and we wouldn’t blame you if you did—try it melted on a grilled cheese sandwich or burger.
